"I think the lobby could be open to at least for the next client waiting. I totally believe wearing the mask and social distance, but its a big lobby and one person if in back and one in lobby waiting shouldn't be a big deal. And it saddens me I can't bring my son there any longer because I can't be back there with him when his hair is cut. He's in a wheel chair and he can't be left alone while hair cutting. I'm his mom and gaurdian I Was told what they told me is against disability act. But I'll go some where else for him."

"This was by and far the worst haircut experience I’ve EVER had. I came in for a haircut on my birthday today and my barber only spent around 5 minutes on it, wasn’t able to blend my hair correctly, and after I went to an actual good barbershop (Buz’s on River Styx road) I came back in to get a refund and the barber who cut my hair was unprofessional, and even berated me when I requested said refund. I say this in caring for future patrons looking for a haircut when I say this: NEVER choose this lousy excuse for a salon"
