"I am not one to stew over things or leave a review but I wanted to share my disappointment in the service I received from the stylist who cut my daughter’s hair. I am no expert but the overall haircut felt rushed and was not carefully executed. This wasn’t our first time in a salon for her. My daughter’s past haircuts have taken up to 45 min or longer. This job took maybe 20 minutes. She had to stand the whole time. Didn’t take the time to carefully check to see if it was even on all sides. As a result, it’s uneven all over. Her bangs are much shorter than I wanted them and they weren’t blended into her face framing layers. Because of the sloppy, rushed job, I have to go and get it fixed. My stylist was Nadia and we will not be returning! Such a shame. My mom loves your salon and I was hoping to get the same experience, but unfortunately, we didn’t. If you offer child services then all stylists should treat a child (no matter the age) like their older clients. Simply take the time with them."
