"I have been getting threaded for 2 decades. Upon my humble return to Cleveland, I was on the hunt. The other place in Great Lakes Mall won’t do men’s brows. And the one across the street, well she butchered my perfect arches into 90’s tadpoles. Enter Saige. I found them in Beachwood a few weeks ago after a couple months of regrowth and regret from the one place in the strip mall across the street in mentor. My first time at Beachwood was simply exquisite. After chatting with the friendly staff and manager, I was even more delighted to learn they were opening in Great Lakes Mall. Today I saw Joy at Great Lakes, and she will be my forever brow girl. Seriously, her name is perfect as she brought joy to my face in her amazing art form of threading! The staff actually treats your brows as a pair, and does their absolute best at making them sisters. They are throughly trained in the shape of a face, and framing of it. I am the harshest critic when it comes to brow threading (former professional makeup artist here) and I can say this place is a GOLD MINE! The decor and experience gives it a 6th star, I trust what they do, how they do it, and what the guest experience looks like. I am thrilled and so happy to have found this place, I cannot say anything bad at all. Ladies (and men) RUN to this beautiful boutique, and ditch the typical brow lady. They offer many other services I cannot wait to try!"
