"They couldn't keep appointments. I had a 6 day work schedule, so I had to take off work to do anything. I let them choose the day for a morning appointment. The first 5 or 6 time they had to call the barber at home and I had to wait 20 minutes or so for him to get there. My last appointment the barbers day off, he was at a wrestling match. The appointment was clearly in the book and I clearly took the day off for nothing. I never bothered anymore after that."
