"Showed picture of cut I wanted... Stressed do not cut the back straight across, want the back wispy and soft. Even when he was cutting my hair... Stressed it again and reshowed picture. He did exactly what I said not to do... Then all I get is justifications. It will grow out but, if they can't do what you want tell you up front. May go back, but he will never cut my hair again."

"BEWARE: Worst cut ever. I went in with hair almost all one length, and asked for a graduated bob with bangs. We talked about what I wanted, and I showed the stylist 3 pictures and she asked how long I want the front & if I wanted the stacked back to be at the hair line or above, so I know she can talk the lingo. I left with a choppy all over layers that are not even close to even. I have no idea what to even do with this cut. I will have to go have it "fixed" DO NOT GO HERE!"
