"I’m giving two stars because the gel polish I got done has peeled off two of my nails after 8 days. The service was amazing, and the techs were great, but I knew it was going to be a bad polish. I should have said something but Mario was such a doll, and I didn’t have the heart to tell the young lady who was doing my polish that she was barely applying product. She just kept brushing over the nail repeatedly, which gave me the impression that she was either new or high lol. I would go visit to gossip with Mario, but I wouldn’t get my nails done there again."

"I am the type who gets completely overwhelmed with going to the nail salon. I never know what I want/need/what to ask for (and I’m a simple mani/swap the paint kinda gal), the environment is always hectic with a lot of people coming and going. It overwhelms me to the point that I just don't go… until I came here. From start to finish the process is straightforward. Booking online was clear with descriptions for what I needed, Krystal was an amazing and professional tech who walked me through the process and also had great conversation with. Paying was simple as well. Excellent customer service! Will definitely be booking again and recommending to friends!"
