"My wife took her Mary Jane’s here to get new straps put on. This place builds themselves up even with their name that they are some kind of high end professionals straight from Italy and they acted like they were doing us a favor taking her shoes. The straps that were put on were a joke, too long for the shoe and the stitching looked like it was done by a 4 year old. It looked more like. 4’year old craft project than professional “Italian” craftsmanship. Idk how they have fooled people for this long. They should try selling pasta , or just change their name to The Cob because they served us a kernel."

"I had a cobbler from Italy for 30 yrs my hubby took leather purse in for stitching when I got it back stitching loose, my hubby brought in shoes for him to look at he doesn’t come out the lady at counter tells you if they can be fixed or not, I’m used to doing business with someone more personable if he is too busy to come talk to a patron I can find someone else I did, an old school guy who looks at your stuff you bring in & tells you if they are worth repairing or not. Winning awards doesn’t mean he is the only cobbler who does good work"

"I got a new pair of Maison Marigiela Tabi boots that got pretty damaged after one wear. I brought them here to get the bottoms resoled, and they told me it would be difficult to shape out the bottom due to the split toe and that at best they’d only be able to cut out a thin line. I understood because I know the split toe is unique, and I agreed because I just wanted them to be protected. I went back less than a week later and was so surprised to see that they were able to get the split toe done! I’m so happy with the results and I’ll definitely be returning to them in the future for any shoe repairs!"

"The Italian Cobbler did great work repairing a zipper on my luggage. The zipper was splitting from the material on three corners and had gotten stuck when trying to open it to get items out. I popped the zipper and took it to them to be repaired. They did an excellent job in a timely manner at a very fair price! I’ll be taking all my products to them including shoes and anything else in the future. They’ve won a customer for life!!!"
