"The gentleman at the shop were awesome! I came in for the Roscoe 6. They had it ready for me, talked to me about the features on the bike, helped me decide on my water bottle holder, and took the front wheel off to put it in my Jeep! After visiting 3 other Trek locations they were by far the best from a customer service standpoint. They seemed more interested in providing a good experience than just making the sale!
