"Excellent service, I called this morning they called me right back, got in for a pedicure but was also able to get a gel manicure! Brian did a wonderful job on both, had a great massage for feet and hands! My color looks fantastic and it was very needed after a long January! Thanks!"
"Update: if it would have been communicated to me that a tech would be arriving soon to do my nails I may have stayed. But instead I was just told to wait and shown a seat with no explaination. Had an appointment at 11am today. I showed up 2 minutes early. 3 people walked in -after- me. They didn’t ask them if they had appts and took all 3 of those gals before me and told me i have to wait? I said no thank you and left."
"This salon is very nice and clean the staff is welcoming and I am in love with their Gel X highly recommend"
"All of the employees are always friendly & welcoming. Always ask how you are. Always have smiles on their faces. The quality of their work is amazing, absolutely worth every penny. Their prices are pretty comparable to other salons. I've tried several other places & was always left unhappy & felt as if I was just another dollar in their pocket. I will never go anywhere else besides Erie Nails. Customer for life."
"I made an appointment in advance asking to get someone who does nail art. I was assured on the phone that they would make the appointment for that. When I got there I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment for my tech. Which happens sometimes, I understand. Only my nail tech was not versed in nail art based on my results. It was simple geometric shapes, and the triangles look like blobs. If that wasn’t enough, the main reason I’m writing this review is never in the decade I’ve been getting my nails done, have I ever had this happen. What you ask, well while using the Dremel tool he cut me. Not once, not twice, no FOUR times. When he wrapped my finger with acetone to soften the dip I had on. I had to beg him to remove the one foil because it was burning my now open cut on my finger. I have never felt so uncomfortable getting my nails done. Every time he grabbed the tool I got sick to my stomach. I wanted to get up and leave so bad but I felt trapped. He even had the audacity to say to me when he was using the tool, to say “oh what are you scared.” I was like yes, you have cut me four times. I still can’t believe I paid the ridiculous amount they charged me at the end for the worst experience in my life at a nail salon. I’m writing this to warn anyone. Do NOT go here. I don’t even know if he had a license to be honest, because I don’t know how you can be a licensed nail tech and do that to someone. ***update*** a day after getting them done, the “nail art” is peeling."
