"I was surprised when I requested information from the company that 1)they emailed me and essentially said "here's my number, call me if you want" (didn't I just contact you telling you I "wanted"?) and then during a few more email-only communications the representative seemed very, very uninterested in selling me a pool, or even sharing any information with me. Maybe that's a good thing, and they're just so busy they can turn people away with making no effort, but given the fact that I'm talking with several companies about an inground pool installation, and the current rates seem to be well above $80k on average, you'd think they'd want to TRY to earn business. There was absolutely zero effort made. The poor communication did help though - I immediate stopped even trying to get them to work with me. I can only imagine how poor the follow on service would be if their initial contact was so - weak. First impression was definitely poor."
