"Today was my first time patronizing this salon and I must say it that the employees acknowledged/greeted me as I entered their establishment. The salon is nice bright and clean. As I chose my polish and was informed to sit at Station #1 when ready. To my surprise a male technician by the name of Andy greets me and has a seat. Typically, I am skeptical of male nail technicians; because in my opinion they're work is sloppy. But not Andy; I was proven wrong to say the least. Andy was very conversational/friendly and had great attention to detail. Now Andy has a new client in me and he deserves 5 stars. Be Pampered Nail and Spa as a business gets mainly because you must spend $40 in order to receive a "Complimentary glass of wine" the only other beverage there's to offer is a bottle of water. Any where else you're offered: water/lemonade/tea/Pepsi or Coke product etc. If Be Pampered Nail Spa makes that small change they'll definitely get the 5 stars they deserve."
