At Carl B. Stokes Head Start - Step Forward, we offer the People as Teachers in Training (PATT) Program, which allows individuals to work as part-time education aides while receiving training to obtain their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. This program provides a unique opportunity for individuals to gain valuable experience in the field of early childhood education.
