"I’ve had my daughter in here a few months ever since mrs.Carla and that crew left it’s been nothing but a down fall they over charge you when it’s not even the amount of the co-pay then you ask to speak to a manager that a head of them and they act lost or don’t know anything or anything that’s going on, ever time I pick up my child it’s like she’s still asleep at 3:30 in the app says she’s put down at 12 I use to love this daycare but now since nobody knows how to run the business the correct way and know how to talk to Someone in a proper manner so I can only imagine how they treated my 3 year old ! I do not recommend this place at all If you don’t wanna be over charged or them Saying your child was there and wasnt there so They can charge the state ! my child Will not be going back the new management is very disappointed"

"I am deeply disappointed with the quality of care provided at this child care facility. My experience has been nothing short of dreadful. Every time I picked up my children, they were in a deplorable state, covered in dirt and grime. Despite providing bibs for my son, his clothes were consistently wet, raising concerns about the staff's negligence in maintaining basic hygiene standards. To make matters worse, it was shocking to observe that the kids were allowed to play in filthy mulch, which not only posed a potential safety hazard but also resulted in my children developing a painful rash on their hands. The lack of proper supervision and cleanliness at the facility is unacceptable and raises serious questions about the well-being and health of the children in their care. I urge all parents to think twice before entrusting their precious little ones to this child care facility. The subpar conditions, lack of attention to hygiene, and disregard for safety are simply inexcusable. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for other parents seeking a nurturing and safe environment for their children."
