"As soon as I walked into the studio I was put at ease right away. The technician walked me through the process step by step. There were no surprises because she had already explained to me what she was going to do, how it was going to feel and what the outcome would look like. She assisted me with choosing the correct color. Every step through the process was explained to me; what she was doing and she checked in to make sure that I was ok and I was comfortable. I loved the end results immediately. My eyebrows started thinning at the age of 50 yrs old.
