"Horrible experience, asked for micro braids, full head of braids, all braids the same size, three packs of human hair which i provide, braided all the way down past hair, with no knots, explained in detail actually how I wanted my hair agreed to pay an expensive additional amount which totaled $205. 00 and tje hair was provided by me, this was no problem. I received from the ears on back huge micro box braid squares, and she only micro braided the front, tried to cover up the back with the front braids as if a person wouldn't look at the back of their head in a mirror, only used a pack and a half of hair. Had to stop her upon noticing she was putting in knots, she gave some excuse about them coming apart, but I've worn this style for years which is why i asked it be braided down past my hair, the knots are problematic!She gladly took my money as if she did the job as requested! Horrible experience: I wouldn't go here, and there was another person who couldn't get her hair done because she apparently overbooked. I called her directly, and the other person who was inconvenienced scheduled online. She may be popular in the area, but this was a first and I'll never return. I sent her a message letting her know and she failed to respond. Horrible person and character!"
