"I had a terrible experience at the nail salon. I've been coming here for years and have never had an issue before. However, today I requested a cow print design which unfortunately was not done neatly. The lines were messy, and it seemed like the nail technician was rushing through the process. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the design and mentioned that I would be okay with just the basic powder and a clear top coat instead. To my surprise, I was still charged for the work that wasn't done, and I didn't receive the desired design. As a loyal customer who frequents this salon and always tips, this doesn't feel right to me. I have had my nails done multiple times, so I'm familiar with the prices, and it's not about the cost. It's the fact that I was charged for a service that wasn't properly executed. It feels like a scam, and I must say I'm very disappointed. Emphasize that it's unfair to charge me for work that is not reflected on my nails. I can’t speak up when something is not right or if I don’t like it, but you still want me to paying for it full price."
