"First off, let me say this is not a paid review. My old shoe repair place went out of business, so I chose this place based on its reviews. I was skeptical at first, because the reviews were sooooo positive. But I thought I would give it try as opposed to buying a new pair of boots. The heel plate came clean off of one of my boots, and I had a pair of pumps that the heel on one of the shoes disintegrated off. I took them both in and Frenchie took good care of me- with a fast turn-around time too! He replaced all 4 heels even though only 2 were needed. He polished up my boots and the replaced heels look better than what was originally on them! They look brand new! I am more than happy with his work and will be taking all my shoe repairs to him from now on. The only thing I would warn about is the parking on Spring Grove, but the service is worth the inconvenience."

Short of writing a long review I will say that he went way over and beyond to get these boots serviced very last minute for my son! He did not JUST put a shine on the boot but RECONDITIONED the entire boot. Very professional and kind!! These are the type of owners you want to give your business to. Great value! Great price!
