Walmart Pharmacy

"Had prescriptions transferred from chillicothe Walmart. Phone rings 10 times before anyone answered then ask me to hold when they finally do answer . Then had to call back 3 more times to get it straightened out. They need to be a bit more efficient. I'm gonna give it a try if it dosent improve I'll be transferring back to chillicothe where they are efficent!!"

I had to explain this to her and she still wouldn't fill the prescription. She told me to tell my doctor to send it to another pharmacy."

"I asked the pharmacist if an over the counter sinus medication would interfere with a prescription that I am currently taken....I had the bottle with me with the medication name on it. The pharmacist intern didn't even look at the prescription OR the warning on the OTC meds and said it would be okay. When I got home, I was able to research the prescription and found that I could not use this OTC med with my prescription. She needs to be careful and diligent when dispensing advice."
