"Got my nails refilled and colored here by Pomi not sure if that is correct spelling but she did great and was super nice. Price was very good for a refill and a broken nail. Second time coming here and will be back."

"Super nice ladies that do an amazing job! They make you wash your hands before starting which is great and shows they really care about keeping their space clean. They took me at the time of my appointment and did a great job. They really took the time to make sure my nails were shaped well and how I wanted them before I left. Will definitely be going back again!"

"Not happy about going in and they refused to clean out the inside of the nail or clean the original nail.. How cheap is that. Then raises price for an acrylic nail by a dollar.. I'll find another place, don't go! Plus they don't even talk to you at all while they do them, dead silence!"

"They used a Dremel wood tool on my nails and killed my natural nail bed. She was sawing on my nails and I cried out in pain. The tech said "I sorry." She did it over and over until I left. I used to go here under prior ownership (pre covid) (and it was awesome service as I went there for years.) New ownership...I will never go back again. I gave them four chances and after last visit and bleeding nail bases, it will be a cold day before I ever go back. No clue if my nail beds will heal from what they did to me. Nor will ingrown fingernails heal from the dreadful sawing I experienced. Awful. Awful."

"Going to start with the good - my nails are gorgeous! I got dip powder nails and they're the exact shape i asked for a nice and smooth and a beautiful color. The manicurist went to great effort to make sure there were no imperfections with the nails themselves The reason they lost a couple stars was the particular manicurist I saw (just today) didn't seem fully comfortable with the drill, and ran the sandpaper bit over my cuticle skin repeatedly. It didn't hurt too bad at the time, but now that it is evening all of my fingers are burning amd aching pretty bad from the small cuts on my cuticles. I don't want to be a b-word but I'm considering calling and complaining about that particular issue. A picture is attached of my nails and cuticles."
