"Was here to get some meds filled just a couple days ago. All the reps seem nice except the one I had to deal with that day. Older lady, short grey hair with glasses. She just acted like I was bothering her really bad by a couple questions I had. Seemed really rude."

"All the pharmacy reps are really nice except one & if I knew her name I would post it. She has short gray hair & wears glasses. She is very rude. She needs gotten rid of."

"Have been trying to refill my script for weeks. They kept telling me my ins wouldnt pay, which they had already been paying for. After 4 calls to my Dr and going without it for weeks I find out that they have trying to fill something else. Now I get to go back and deal with the rude staff again..smh"

"Several members of the pharmacy staff are rude on a consistant basis. My Dr. Wrote me a prescription for 6 pain meds, something they can clearly see by my med history, that I never take. They embarassed me, made it obvious to other customers what I was getting, and have treated me as a low class citizen ever since, and that was around 8 months ago."

"I get prescriptions here because they accept my insurance but they have messed them up a few times. Its not often but my issue is that they will never say sorry we messed up. Even if its obvious that its their fault they will always blame the doctor or insurance for the mistake. There is normally a line you have to wait in also to get to the one cashier for 25 min every time you go also. Kills me when you have 9 people working, 20 customers waiting and 1 person or at max 2 are helping customers. But it is what it is i guess."
