"I visited the Coach store in Kenwood Town Center this morning looking for a Crossbody bag for my husband. I was helped by an associate named Ivy, who was extremely helpful and patient. Ivy was knowledgeable about the products and walked me through the features of several different bags. Well, I haven’t decided which bag to purchase yet I highly recommend Ivy."

"Wore the purse I picked out as a Christmas present for the first time today and noticed one of the letters on the embossed tag was messed up. The “E” has silver filling it in while the other two letters did not. My parents and I went into the Coach Store at Kenwood, hoping they could just re-stamp it and we’d be on our way. At first we were told it wouldn’t be a problem, then an associate came back out and told us the manager said we’d have to buy a new $8 tag. Parents and I thought that it was ridiculous they couldn’t just re-stamp one letter or make a new one, but instead a sale of $8 is more important than selling another $300 purse."

"Came in today to pick up a gift for my wife and can’t really say the welcoming or could I help you with anything else was in the tone during my pick up. Normally I would work with a woman name Sandy who is great with a smile when I’m in the store but sadly she wasn’t in. I also never did get the message I wrote for my wife in the box. So idk what the point was for leaving a message and never getting it with the product I bought. I will just stick to online and not the store"

"I just wanted to checkout few designs before deciding what to buy. The moment I walked into store I felt followed, pressured and held up by a lady associate. Seems like she was too greedy for promotion for selling an item. She didn’t accepted online promotion and kept on saying we don’t accept it, when online it did say valid in stores. She just hurried up through everything and just kept on asking me to add more stuff so she could get more commission. I think I am good shopping online better than this rude associates"

"Very friendly and considerate nice selection but honestly I find way more products online and more sales the store just has the convenience of getting items right now"
