"I went here for my first nail experience and i’m noticing now after going to multiple other places overtime how terrible this experience was, the owner did my nails and she did not speak a single word to me, she did not ask what length or shape i would like and she made me sit in the chair for around 15 minutes while she just played on her phone. terrible experience! Also my nails came off a just a week later so i payed for basically nothing. If you’re in the area and looking for a good nail salon i highly recommend charming nails :)"

"when we got here she made us wait 15 minutes so she could leave to go god knows what. when she did my friends nails she never asked how short she wanted them, so now they look like little stubs, very very short. when i was getting mine done she painted them wrong , theres bubbles in my nails ."

"after she messed mine up , dident ask for my size of nails and just cliped them , and painted them bad ! then she did my friends , and she dident paint them all the way and made lines in her thumb nail ."

"This was the worst mani I have ever had! The place was so dirty! She didn’t paint the side of my finger nail just the tops mostly. And instead of trimming around my nail she pulled off a hangnail and made me bleed and all she said was “ sorry” . Go to Tripical Nails. I went there and got my nail polish redone over my entire nail to just the tops. And it’s clean!"

"VIP nails is the only place I love going to, Trinh is AWESOME! I get SNS on my natural nails once, sometimes twice, a month depending on how fast my nails grow. It has made them so healthy and strong!"
