"Simply can't get their work done nor will they contact you about the work you're expecting to be done. When I questioned why I was getting the same answer that I had heard for over a month, got mad over it and said he was over it and hung up. Simply put thank goodness it happened found a pool place that was able to work with me and not take my money. They gave me options that Pools Plus didn't because they were trying to get more money."

"Rude, rude rude. These people told me they couldnt get antifreeze becauseLowes was out, so they couldnt show up to close the pool. Nevermind that Walmart, O'reillys and numerous other places carry the stuff right in town. They finially come and first thing they do is park halfway on the lawn after it rained. Then they started telling us all the reasons they coulsnt close the pool. Isn't this what they do????? I called to tell the owner what happened and his response was "don't call and gripe at me". Are you kidding me? I cant believe anyone would run a business this way. At the very least appologize, but no what I got was rudeness. I used to buy all my pool chemicals and supplys there (before I saw how they are outside of making sales)...not anymore. I would stay far away from Pools Plus."

"Don't do any business with these people! They will lie to you and cheat you. They will tell you anything to get you to buy your pool here and when they get their money, you're screwed! And definitely don't have them install it! My best advise is to run, run far away from these people or you are going to be in my position, and trust me, not a good position to be in! Bought a pool, had it installed last year. By no fault of ours, it's now caved in unto the ground. After multiple lies of when they would come to look at it, we just got a call that they are not going to take care of anything. I wish I could attach a picture, you wouldn't believe how crazy this all is unless you could see the pics."
