"They sell decent products. I have bought numerous items from them, I have to say their service department is the absolute worse. And don't expect your sales person to help out, they sell you high priced products, but when call because service messed up installation, they pretty much want nothing to do with you. If you can buy elsewhere I would recommend going somewhere else. Of the last three items purchased there, all three had service related issues. Watsons refuses to do anything, first time use of new hottub, service installation was wrong and caused damage, told call back coming, crickets for over 10 days and still nothing. If you desire quality service do not go to Watsons"

"Terrible customer service! They make up prices as they go! Have sale price listed on item and then tell you not the right price! They leave signs up for SKU numbers because they are too lazy to look up! If price is marked that’s what you should sell it for! Go to Leslie’s across street!!"

"Ran by a munch of punks who are extremely rude and know hardly anything about pools!!! The manager, don't even get me started on her and her inexperience and not to mention how she comes in to work dressed as if she was going to a club or party. Really unprofessional here! Not quite sure what has happened the past couple years but you guys have completely lost my business. I'd rather go to Leslies across the street and pay more for their knowledge and professionalism!"

"Quite possibly the most arrogant and conceded business I have ever had the misfortune to walk into. We bought an inexpensive 20X4 ft pool at Menards, just something for the grand kids to cool off in, I visited the Watsons store on Mill-ville Ave in Hamilton to pick up a better ladder, maybe filter and vacuum, within minutes when the two customer reps discovered I was not there to spend a thousand dollars they just dismissed me like I had food stamps in my hand, very rude very disinterested."
