"My family and I have been members and tried to go to this YMCA for over 20 years. The last 10 years were horrible, rude people everywhere. Management yells a people parking their scooters on the sidewalk (in Ohio scooters 150cc and under are allowed to park on any sidewalk in Ohio anytime, anywhere, as long as you do not block said sidewalk) is finally getting better here. Less rude people nowadays. At least when I visit. More stars if they open the pools longer on weekends, our days off..."

"I signed up for a membership online. I’ve been 8 times so far, and this has been my favorite branch! I wanted to say thank you to Sharon! I went for a workout this morning, and she remembered my name and stopped me so I could fill out the rest of my paperwork! She helped me put my two accounts together, to receive my discount for summer camp for my girls. She didn’t talk to me long but it was informative and helpful! Thank you for going the extra mile with kindness a smile this morning Sharon! It really made my day!! ☺️"
