"They worked us in between large jobs. Had our pool skimmer, sand filter, motor, and some plumbing replaced. We thought this would fix all our leaks. It didn’t; the leaking became worse. They kept promising to come back to check what else could be causing our leak. We waited 2 months and they never came back. And then I got a text asking when we’d like our pool closed. I actually wanted the leak fixed first. We’ve found a Cincinnati company who knows exactly what the problem is and will fix it in the spring. Also, Crowley quotes us $8k to paint our pool. The Cincinnati guy laughed at the audacity to charge that much. They’ll do it for $5k and fix the leak at the same time. Crowley and Sons does quality work, when they show up. But their customer service has earned them 3 stars instead of 5."

"We used Crowley & Son to fix multiple leaks in our pool including a large one in the return line underground. This is an indoor pool, and I probably called 20 repair places and none were willing to work on our pool due to the level of repair needed. Keith and his team removed the concrete, replaced the return line and added a new line and port in our pool. They also painted the pool and surrounding decking. After almost a year of dealing with our pool issues we finally have a fully functioning beautiful pool. They were very professional, cleaned before they left every day, and did all this work for us in 2 weeks. I would never hesitate to use them again."
