Lovely Nails

"I have been going there for about a year and have had no issues, my regular guy was out of country so Tony the owner did my nails because I’m taking my first cruise and as he was doing my nails with the picture on my phone in front of him I ask him if he could make it more like the picture and he started raising his voice at me and I tried to ask to let me explain what I wanted different and he wouldn’t even hear me out, I was so embarrassed and humiliated in front of everyone, I am normally not one to take that kind of disrespectfulness but I was at his mercy because of not having any time to go elsewhere I just sucked it up until he was done then I let him know that I have owned a hair salon for 30 years and have never ever made a client feel the way he made me feel. I will never step foot back into that salon shame on him for having no respect for the clients needs and feelings. If you have any problems out of this place call the Ky State Board of Hairdressers in Frankfort and report them.. you can google the number under Ky State Board of Hairdressers!!!"

"I had the pleasure of getting my nails done here today. The guy who did my nails is the owner of the salon (Tony) along side his wife (Lisa). I for a long time have struggled to find a place that does my nails where I genuinely leave happy, and I have found that today. The quality of my nails are great and look fantastic and I really enjoy talking to the people who work there. Thank you a million times. 10 out of 10!"

"Went for a pedicure with my daughter for her birthday, she complained to me that her toe’s were hurting and I thought nothing of it. She work up today and it is so infected and now I am takimg her to the Doctors."

"Definitely should’ve read the reviews before doing a walk-in pedi. I usually go to another salon but they were booked. The tech was rude to me from the start and I have no idea why. I asked where to sit was ignored. So I chose an open chair and 10-15 minutes later he said “why are you still wearing your socks and shoes, how am I going to do your pedi?” as I was sitting at an empty bowl with no liner. I replied that there was nowhere clean to put my feet. Then he was frustrated I didn’t remember the number of the color I had chosen. No lotion or massage during the pedi, and a lukewarm smelly towel was used to wipe off the scrub. I just wanted to enjoy a little self care and treat myself. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else."

"I came in for an appointment at 11 I didn’t sit down until 1145 which is fine until I picked out a regular nail polish and my nail tech insisted on changing to Gel I specifically stated if he had the color I wanted in gel that would be fine but he did not so he made me pick a different gel color. Which is NOT what I wanted. So of course I was already flustered and in a bad mood about not being able to get what I wanted. I came home and I am a stay at home mother I don’t do much except for light housecleaning because my house is typically clean anyways so I just picked up after the kids and the very next morning my whole nail was chipped. So I called and explained and apparently he hast to charge me $25 to change the color when it’s not originally what I asked for anyways and I already paid $45 with a tip of 8$ when I was upset about my service anyways I will not be back to this location to get my nails done ever again this is by far the worst experience I have ever had a nail salon highly do not recommend."
