"DON'T USE BUCKEYE POOL! They were horrible. They were supposed to open our pool and spa, they left without opening my spa and when I asked them questions about the pool, he told me to just youtube it. I complaint to the manager Chris, he was like it's an extra charge when you want a consult...I said, so if I asked questions, I would need to pay more?? He said "yes and I need to schedule a different time for it" Not only the manager was not apologetic, he didn't seem like he cared at all. I will never use them again!"
