"This is one of those places where the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I had submitted required paperwork to the office and it was put into the system but at 7:30 in the morning two days later I get a phone call waking me up and a lady wanting to know where my paperwork is. She never even bothered to look in the system for it. She just took it upon herself to call extremely early to ensure to wake me up only to yell at me. Even after she did find the paperwork in the system she still never apologized for yelling at me or calling so early and waking me up. These women go out of their way each and every day to find some reason to harass the poor in the county."
