"We've been dealing with ASAP for nearly 20 years now, first with a pool, then eventually with a hot tub. We've had our hot tub for about 17 years now and it's obviously required some expensive repairs and maintenance over the years. It's outdoors and recently all of our pumps stopped working when it was falling to the low 20's outside. We were afraid we would experience a frozen line with no water circulating. I contacted Andrew, our reliable ASAP serviceman, and he was there the next day to address our issues. Turned out to be our main circuit board and Andrew had one in his truck. This was the 2nd time Andrew had bailed us out. Two years prior the same thing happened while we were vacationing in Florida in January.
