"Loved our visit. Given that malls seen to be on a downward trend for now, Richmond Square Mall looks great. I was very happy to see there brought, clean interior. Plenty of room for store growth. All people nearby should so in and give it a shot. If love to see more malls of this size and nice upkeep makes a cone back. Great job, Richmond team!"

"Friendly staff, clean and easy to find different stores. Very small compared to malls I've been to in other cities but perhaps that's their secret to staying afloat while malls are shuttering around the country???"

"Like an ironclad beetle, the Richmond Square Mall refuses to die regardless of nearly any financial or environmental circumstances. While it hasn't been stomped on (ie -- beetle), it has lived through the COVID shutdown and a literal tornado hitting it. While there aren't many stores left (it's fine dining establishment sells pretzels -- albeit good ones), it's always clean and well kept. To be honest, this mall is really only 3 or 4 decent stores away from being lively again. It gets 4 stars for doing its best crypt keeper impression. This mall may be a Richmond 10 but it's a New York 2 if you get my meaning. God save the Queen."

"What mall? Like everywhere else, there's nothing left. To no fault of Richmond or the mall.itslef, it's basically a failed block of concrete now. They, like everywhere else, have lost so many stores to national closings. It's a ghost town....no way they can continue another year paying the bills with only 5-6 stores open."
