"I made an appointment yesterday at Ambience next to TJ Maxx. I don’t know the person’s name, he was an older man who did not have a name tag on. I had SNS on my nails, and wanted the same thing again, which was natural pink, with white French tip. At the service desk when I came in I confirmed that the price would be $46 +7 for the French tip, total of $53. She agreed and said yes, that would be the right amount. The nail tech had the slip she gave him that said $53, but somehow he came up with a total of $59 plus I tipped him. It took him one hour and 15 minutes to finish. The towels were dirty. And all of the sanding he had to do on my nails to get the former polish off, he just kept swiping it over onto the floor. He did the same thing with the SNS powder- whatever fell off my nail he just put it onto the floor. I’ve attached pictures. I was not happy. The white part of the French tip takes up 1/3 of my nail bed. And several of them are crooked. It looks ridiculous!"
