"I booked a reservation on line, I got there and they told me my name didnt pop up, they told me to sign in and to take a seat. Three people walked in and then I was pushed to the end of the line, when I asked one of the ladies told me that I had to wait 30 mnts. Never was an effort made to accomodate my hair cut since I did show that I had sign in on line. Very bad custommer service, never going back. Maybe because I went in at 6:10 and they close at 7:00 p.m thats why there wasnt any effort made."
