"I usually love this location. The wait is never extremely long & everyone is very friendly and they take the time to listen to what you want. The last time I was there I was not so happy the stylist was great, my wait was about two minutes and I only got a shampoo, but she put the shine product in my hair and it caused it to be extremely oily within hours, which completely defeats the purpose of going and getting your hair shampooed, especially with professional, clarifying shampoo. I did call and leave a message for the manager, but never got a phone call returned."
