"Should probably tell the lady with pink hair that she should be mindful of how she speaks about customers once they leave the store. It’s extremely unprofessional to yell across the store and carry on about them. While I understand customer service can be very frustrating, there is a time and place to talk about those frustrations. The store floor is not the place. Safe to say I will take my business elsewhere."
