"I only have great things to say about this nail salon. Sarah is so consistent and quick, while still being thorough. She always asks about my comfort levels and is always up for whatever I want. I typically get sns and I am so happy with this salon. I have also had pedicures from Matt and Phoebe who were both amazing. Nothing but great things to say here!"
"All nail techs are not equal. Definitely a hit or miss. EDIT: I was told after my nails got messed up that I had to schedule another appointment to have the nail tech I preferred fix them. The day of my appointment my appointment was canceled bc they didn’t feel my previous review was good. They told me they wouldn’t refund me for the nails that were done improperly and wouldn’t complete the service I originally requested. If you want simple I’d give them a try but again all nails techs are not equal. For the price I definitely expected better. First two photos are my nails after 10 days (some are peelings, topcoat is splotching) 2nd set of photos is the matte nails the day they were done."
