"I will never go to this location ever again. Told the lady (stacey) I wanted a 1-3 fade. 3 on top and fade to a 1 down by my ears. Said she can cut my bangs but leave my beard because I am shaving that myself. Well she rushes through my hair cut, literally didn't even take her 5 minutes to cut and trim everything and then she shaves my beard completely half way down the side of my face. She shouldn't have a job there at all. I should have refused to pay because she cannot follow simple instructions to not shave my beard. If you go to this location good luck and I would advise you to not let her touch your hair or anything."

"Monica has cut my hair, exclusively, for many years. She cuts it consistently better than anyone ever has. I have followed her when she changed locations. I will continue with until she leaves, my hair falls out, or I pass away. As far as can tell, she is also a great location manager."
