"Don't waist your time here. About 2 weeks ago I had my mom set an appointment with the stylist Donna 8/15/23 for back to school re-twist for 2 young boys@ 10:00am, I called 8/14/23 to confirm price and time. She said she'd call back (never did), so i assumed everything was fine. Arrived at 9:50a, and waited until 10:40 just for her to put 4 more "walk-ins" BEFORE them. Just because they are young doesn’t mean she shouldn’t HONOR their time. This isn't her first time either, but this definitely was our last. If you like unprofessionalism and having to wait, also she'll talk so much and slow the process down. Otherwise She's ghetto and unprofessional. Do what you feel with this information. SMH NEVER AGAIN. UPDATE: This is an absolute joke! Donna finally bothered to contact me after she read my review, and guess what? She didn't take a single ounce of accountability for her atrocious behavior and unprofessionalism. Not even once! What a waste of my precious time. It's clear that she's mastered the art of dodging responsibility, pointing fingers at everyone and their grandma. She even had the audacity to dig up some irrelevant situation from the past, as if that excuses her present-day incompetence. I swear, I have zero patience for these lame excuses. What I wanted was simple: results, not a bunch of pathetic justifications. But did she deliver? Of course not! Thank goodness I found a competent professional who managed to retwist and shape up my boys' hair in a mere 3 hours. Yes, you read that right—3 hours. Something Donna couldn't accomplish even with all her supposed expertise. At least my boys will be presentable for school now, thanks to a real professional who knows what they're doing with TIME. Donna, PLEASE take note! Feel free to do whatever you want with this feedback, but here's a hint: learn how to own up to your mistakes and actually provide the service you claim to offer."
