"The customer service at this place was terriblle. My mother is 65 years old and likes to get her hair done biweekly. Her stylist was out of town so I brought her here, the young lady that did her hair was very nice but she did not do a great job with the cut, my mother asked me to have her fix the style by shorting the bangs and tapering down the back a little more, as the stylist was fixing it, the owner came over and asked why her hair was being done again, with a very bad attitude, As I was trying to explain that my mom just wanted certain things fixed, the owner raised her voice at me, and at my mother, My mother was in tears and shaking, i remained calm but i feel so attacked and just appalled really that the situation was not handled better, bad customer service on top of receiving a bad hair cut. I was being patient with the fact that the stylist was younger and she said that it was her first time doing a mushroom style cut. but her boss was crazy. (for lack of a better word),,"

The owner is very rude1 Ive never had this bad of an experience with a B.O,B. and usually I would not leave a bad review, But the owner's attitude was so offensive and offputting I would never come back and furthermore my hair was not treated well and looked worse than when I came in, I"

"It's a nice building, unless you are up on the bull cramp that can be ran on you at salons I don't recommend this place. My last hair do I was not pleased with. My hair was braided to tight and it pull my hair out in the crown area. I won't be returning. You are suppose to be careful with people hair this is not a joke. They talk about how the African braiders don't care about our hair but yet they treat it the same way."
