"Horrible experience!!! I drove from Lexington Kentucky for over two hours in the pouring rain to get my hair done by India only because my schedule is very hectic so this day was very convenient for me only to arrive on time to be told she couldn't do my hair because "SHE THOUGHT" she booked me the following day when she didn't I was in fact suppose to be there. Then had the nerve after apologizing for her mistake to ask me if I could drive all the way back down there the next day to get my hair done instead. I was appalled considering the fact that was her mistake not mine so I had to drive back home 2 hours in the rain without my hair done because of a mistake "SHE" made. Couldn't believe she had the nerve to ask me that!! No thanks!! I would never do that to a client, especially if it was my mistake, very unprofessional wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy!!"
