"Genesis is EVERYTHING!!! I've got a previous review on here for this business...Positive experience. I am temporarily back in town and came to have my strip lashes done. To my surprise, the business seems to have made some owner/management changes...and new staff. I met Genesis and I'am THRILLED that I did. Not only is she incredibly skilled at applying strip lashes..(They last me approx 2/2.5 weeks). No, not everyone can...regardless of what they say. She is very professional, kind & just a sweetheart. I pray she never leaves!"
"Came here for brow threading and decided to also try their tinting service. The young lady who serviced me was nice and did a good job with my threading, but the tinting faded in two days when I was sold on the application lasting 3 weeks. When I contacted the salon, I was told the manager would call me back to resolve my complaint but no one ever followed up. Disappointed in the lack of professionalism."
