"i called them one time probably like 2-3 years ago and every time i kept asking questions i guess they was getting irrtated with me because i kept asking questions and at the time i was looking for a new hairstylist and they told me i had to come in so they can look at my hair and i never heard of such thing like that before calling a hair salon to see how my hair looks and also i wanted to ask them to see how much they charged for certain hair styles and after they said that, That i had to come in so they can look at my hair i was going to ask another question on how can i book an appointment they hung up on me i feel like that was really rude of them if im going to be a paying customer so that was my first red flag with them and never called again after they hung up on me i got a little upset because that never happened to me before i never experienced that before and i really wanted my hair done by them and i heard nothing but great things about them but they was really rude to me i mean that was my first time experiencig something like that before out my 29yrs on earth"
