"Had a scheduled appointment that I confirmed prior to the actual appointment.showed u at 930 ,appointment was at 10 waited until 1130 for person performing my services.No call No show .When I finally got in touch with her she gave me a few bogus stories as to why wasn’t there.Instead of just being honest and saying hey come now she wanted to give me a later time.But she did apologize.But it was just that fact I had to keep trying to contact her to find out about my appointment .Instead of giving me a heads up as to what was going on and that she was running behind.i understand things happen but not informing me of anything unprofessional and not the way to do things.I will take my business else where"
