"Have been here and other Lifetimes over the years. Clean facility, nice locker room… pickleball courts. Only negative for me is they close too early. Anyone who works late can’t fully enjoy and have to rush workouts. It used to be open longer pre-Covid, wish they would lengthen hours again."

"I had an amazing massage from Josh Elgin yesterday. I have arthritis in my thumb which flares up from time to time, causes pain and limits the use of my hand. He specifically worked on my hand, arm, shoulders & neck, now it feels SO much better! No more pain and I have full use of my hand today! He is a VERY skilled therapist and I would recommend him to anyone!!!"

"It's a good facility, and they keep it clean and maintained. That is to be expected for a more expensive health club. However, they are changing memberships on Jan 1 to limit time of day access to members not upgrading to the most expensive level. That change excludes access to many of the classes that make the club better than the other gyms in the area. I have been there since it opened, but I doubt my membership will survive this nonsense."
