"My nails might look good from a far, but up close they look horrible! Some of my nails are bumpy, and my thumbs are not the same length. They didn’t even go to the very end with some of them. And, my nails are not even close to my reference picture. I do not recommend Vivi nails."
"Pretty good dip with SNS all the way through with Mike. No wait and I didn’t have appt. Update—-one of the nails polish cracked within the same week! I had to go back which was very inconvenient- mike was nice about doing that nail again."
"Kenya got my nails all the way together today. She's very professional, and she takes pride in knowing her customers are happy with their service. I will definitely be back again."
"I have been to the salon 3 times now after not getting pedicures for over 5 years! My first 2 visits were great. The gals who did my feet were very nice. Place always seems very clean. However, my last visit on Aug. 14, when the gal was cutting around my toenail, she literally ripped a piece of my flesh off, I jumped and screeched. It didn't feel good. However, the pedi itself turned out nice. (I still do not understand the pricing, it's definitely not what is advertised). 4 days later, my toe became infected, and cellulitis has set in. I am now on antibiotics. I stated multiple times that my toes are very sensitive, especially with the skin under and around my toenails. There is no other way this infection could have happened. So, as happy as I was the first 2 times, I cannot return after this happened. I'm 10 days out and nicely infected. Sad. Attached the first photo was Saturday, the second is today. OUCH! UPDATE: Here we are nearly 40 days later, and I have to go to a podiatrist as now all of my toes have been peeling, itching and hurting. This is after a 5-day course of antibiotics was given immediately. I am NOT a dirty person and do not work in dirty environments, so I know nothing got into my toes to infect them. I'm not a very happy camper and will now BEG my daughter to NOT go there again! I would give ZERO stars it if it let me. I do not bash businesses, but this has caused me serious pain and could have all been avoided had the nail tech listened to me about my toes, the skin surrounding, and not yanked a chunk of flesh out of my toe. Pardon the pedi appearance, but it's not like I can go get them done or anything..."
"The worst dip nails I’ve ever received. An older lady did my nail, at first she told me my natural nails were too short to do acrylic or dip.. which was confusing. I’ve never had that happen to me before at a nail salon and they weren’t even that short. She proceeded to clip my nails even shorter after that as well. she seemed to not know how to do dip nails properly so she struggled the whole time. They were lumpy and crooked. I tried asking her to make them thinner a couple times but she just kept dipping my nails into the dip container and said she would smooth them out at the end and shape them. That didn’t happen. She kept bending my wrists/hands in weird and uncomfortable positions trying to shape them but couldn’t get it right. I eventually gave up and accepted that I would have ugly nails as I had a dinner I had to attend in less than 2 hours. I’d already been there for 2 hours and did not have the time to sit for another set or even a removal. The lady even joked about charging me a lot so she could get a big tip. I paid $75. Not including tip because I felt bad she had basically wasted product and her time, but I regret it. Less than 24 hours one of my nails has already cracked. I’ve had multiple people ask me what the hell happened to my nails and have literally laughed at them. They make my fingers look like clubbed. They’re crooked, way too thick and just wonky looking. I asked for a basic pinky skin tone stiletto dip nail. It was my first time there and I don’t think I would return. 0/10. Super unsatisfied with the entire experience."
