"I purchased a used 2018 Toyota Corolla as a first-time buyer from this dealership. I've never applied for a loan by myself, and I was a bit intimidated with the whole process. Dell, who worked with me on my financing, was the sweetest guy imaginable. He explained EVERYTHING to me, without any jargon, and answered any questions I had about financing. Dell made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and never made me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. I was surprised when they offered far better financing than my personal bank. My salesperson, Austin, also was nice and had the car ready for me to look at when I got there. I couldn't haggle the price down, but it would have been a stretch to do so anyway — the price was exceedingly affordable for an early-career person such as myself.
