"My grand daughter has been in this daycare for less than a month. The state pays for her daycare as she awaits to be reunited with her mother. I pick up my granddaughter 2weeks ago and found out that she has fallen off the climber and busted her mouth, she also had 2 bruises on her leg. No one from this daycare bothered to call me so I could take her to her doctors to make sure she didnt have anything broken, I had to ask for an incident report was in state care. the following day, my grand daughter "fell" off a rock wall. again, no one notified me.the next day I took my grand daughter to this daycare she screamed horribly, she cried no no go home, she wouldnt not let go of me and I was wondering what could have happened because she didnt cry in the days before she "fell". I have seen babies walk around with green snots hanging from their noses, I contracted covid and my entire household quarantined for a week. I took my grand daughter to the daycare but they called me and told me I had to come get her after 2 hrs of being there. they said she had to be quarantined. my other grand daughter tested positive for covid on a friday night with no symptoms but we all again quarantined for 5 days. I took my grand daughter back to daycare on a Thursday the following week and they refused her. they told me I had to take her to urgent care and get tested. My grand daughter has been subjected to falls, rejected because I tried to get the staff to sign the state papers and they refused, they said they sent their papers in, the head staffer follower me to the parking lot screaming they could make their own rules up and anyone will tell me that, I would supply a large bag of diapers yet in one week my grand daughter went thru 96 diapers? please do your homework and read all reviews about a daycare before you leave your baby at TLC in florence ky."
