"We have contacted Hebron Learning Center 2 times, on February 19, 2020 and March 20, 2020, to get a detailed and itemized listing of the bill that they sent us on 2/10/2020. Our kids have not been going to Hebron Learning Center since November of 2017. Would someone please send us a detailed eplanantion of the blank bill you sent us with the dates listed From: 2/2/2020 to: 2/8/2020. This will be the third attempt to figure out what is going on. In addition to this detailed explanation I also need a copy of our contract for the time that our foster kids were attending the day care in 2017. They started attending the daycare in February of 2016 and we ended their time there in 2017. You know why I am sure because of the review you would not post with all the details, but if you forgot it is on the BBB website. Almost forgot, this is the only way to get my request to this company because they do not have an e-mail address on their website for us to prove we have contacted them and they obviously have not been returning my calls.
