"Not a client but my gf was and i have to deal with the repercussions of Dream Hair's poor service.... Very unsatisfied with the lack of effort they provided in trying to fix it but instead used this unfortunate event to find a new way to sell another poor service. A place that requests a 250$ deposit on a 500$ service is a desperate attempt to get paid for a service that wouldnt make more than great clips. Its sad that she istaking advantage of the kindness of these women, that just simply dont wamt to hurt lady feelings. So after 500$ extension botch job she was burdened with.... She spent another 300$ at Sallys so she can even it out where Dream Hair attacked one area on her head. Does she not know they should be spread evenly ?? Very distasteful would not recommend. Maybe she is good some days but why risk it if you might catch her on a day like my gf recieved."

"I have been going to Dream Hair for 5 years for hair extensions and have always been more than pleased with the results. She is very professional and the hair quality is excellent she is excellent in matching color as well. The person who wrote the negative review must have done something to her hair because I have never ever had a bad experience in the 5 years I have been going to her. I highly recommend Dream Hair"

"It has been a few years since having my extensions done here but a stylist friend said I should still leave a review to warn others. It was my 18th birthday and my mom paid for me to have extensions done. I was so excited but that quickly turned to horror. The hair quality was awful, the way she did the extensions were not right at all. they we just stuck in there wherever she saw fit. after literally like 3 days the hair was matted and just impossible to work with. I called to tell her and she said i could come in and she would remove them but I would have to pay or the removal. THE REMOVAL OF THE HORRID EXTENSIONS SHE PUT IN MY HAIR WRONG!!!! I wish I would have known the things I do now. I would have done things so differently, like taking this crook to court for my money back. I will update this review as soon as I find my old camera that has pictures of just how awful they were. Do not go here. Edit to add reply to comment. Yes I have the correct place on Marco lane. With Marilyn. You are mistaken. & by looking at reviews on here and yelp I am not the only one who has had this issue here."

I've been looking for someone who knows natural curly hair since my last lady moved to Florida 8 yrs ago, I've been wearing my hair in a ponytail all the time because my hair was so hacked from previous hair cuts."

"There are so many things I want to say, but I'll begin with saying that Merrylyn @ Dream Hair, is an absolutely amazing person and an extremely talented hair stylist, and I feel very fortunate to have found her in the midst of a " hair crisis" that was affecting me negatively in every way, especially financially and emotionally. I had very recently had hair extensions from (another place) installed, that were said to last approximately a year and was told I'd be thrilled with them. Well...I wasn't, not even close. I had to wear a hat every day when I went out and I had spent a lot of money to look better, not worse. I could only imagine the cost of having this fixed as well. I'm dealing with the salon who did this to me now, and I will expose them completely soon, but for now, I want to focus on the great outcome I didn't think was possible. I called on a Saturday, later in the aftetmoon.. Merrylyn had already closed shop for the day but answered my call and listened to everything I had to say and all of my many concerns. She then proceeded to put me completely at ease by telling me not to worry, how she could help and that she would get me in immediately and get this taken care of, and she did!!! There were no surprises, I was told everything upfront as to cost, the choices I had in fixing this horrific problem, and she was genuinely sympathetic and understanding.. this meant A LOT to me during this time. She took her time during my appointment and basically spent all day fixing the mistake another had made. She focused solely on me and was very hospitable. This meant so much to me! She explained everything she was going to do in detail and she made me very comfortable. My hair looked amazing when she was done. I didn't think it was possible for that to happen. She MADE it happen She's a true artist and great at what she does! I'll be recommending her to everyone! I cant thank her enough! I feel blessed! Heather Swaim"
