First and foremost wholeheartedly disagree with giving job duties as employees such that consist of needed parental experience of Their Own and somewhat personal understanding from first hand experience in life of what being a parent actually consists of and eliminate you from in which some characteristics need to come from experience because Impossible 2 Learn what it takes as a necessity to be a parent preventing learning all required responsibilities as employee of such from being learned straight solely from a textbook that being said I do not believe for any reason that anyone should be responsible and judging or altering the parental duties of anyone as a parent if they themselves have not been one or are not one entering their job if you don't have kids you are mistakenly given rights to advise someone up their duties when they have no experience in that field I'd like so basically if you've never been a parent you're not a parent now and you will not be a parent in the very near future I really don't believe it anyone has any business collecting a paycheck and working for Protective Services"
